The eye exam seemed thorough, but I feel like their main goal is to sell glasses, regardless of whether you really need them. All three us left with prescriptions, including my 12 year old. My uncle, who is an opthamologist (retired) laughed when I told him that I bought my son glasses. My son's prescription was so weak that he definitely did not need glasses. My uncle made fun of me falling for their hard sell to get him $400 glasses...not thrilled about that!
