Northshore sucks the air out of the packaged diapers to reduce the shipping size to save money. The owner suggests massaging the diaper to fluff it up. It DOES NOT work! It breaks up the internal padding into irregular shaped hard spots. Additionally, the doctor needed to order very expensive wound care dressings to remedy the effect of these very hard diapers. The solution for North Shore is to stop sucking out the air from these diapers and charge more for shipping to compensate for the greater size of the box used. If not, this company in my opinion and through my own testings and from the effects on the rear-end of my relative is knowingly and if not fixed willfully choosing to harm people for higher profits.
