    The owner Matt Kuhlman has made a great community at the Sweatshop. The trainers here are all very approachable and not intimidating at all. They will help you get to your goals as long as you are committed and work hard. I have seen countless transformations of people in not only their waist size, but also their attitude and self-esteem. Plus, they make it all fun for you!
