For those of you that don't know about Chinese American, it is bits of meat in a sweat sauce often with a little spiciness or sourness, and a ton of white rice. They can't get their website to get their location right, but they don't over or under cook their rice. You get your moneys worth, which for a $6 lunch or $12 dinner does not mean shrimp and lobster. You either skimp on expensive stuff, or charge alot, or you go out of business. This kind of cuisine does the first.
